Having served this community for years, Dr. Reinstein is happy to be a reliable, friendly, and timely resource for her referring veterinarians. We are dedicated to providing exceptional eye care as part of the pet care team, and will be sure to rely on you as the primary resource for systemic disease management whenever possible.

Every case is handled by our specialty-trained ophthalmology team, using diagnostic tools and surgical techniques that match what you’d expect from a teaching hospital. You’ll get a written summary after each visit and direct access to our doctors when you need it.

This referral form is intended for veterinarians and their teams only. Select Routine for full ophthalmic workups, second opinions, surgical evaluations, or ongoing case management. Select Emergency for vision-threatening or rapidly progressing cases requiring same-day or next-day attention.
